KEA Student Program (KEASP)

The KEA student Program (KEASP) is a pre-service organization for undergraduate and graduate students who are preparing for careers in education.

KEA-SP can help you find the answers to your questions about student teaching, finding a rewarding teaching position, the PRAXIS II exam, and other requirements for Kentucky certification, and the impact of education reform on your career.

More than 2,000 future educators at 33 public an private Kentucky campuses enroll in KEA-SP each year; when they do, they join the 30,000 member Kentucky Education Association—the largest education professional organization in the state—and the nearly three million member National Education Association, a major force in shaping the nation’s agenda for children and public education.
