Membership All members of the Teacher Education Division(TED), the Council for Exceptional Children, are eligible to be active within the Caucus. Events and activities, however, will be of particular interest to TED members in small programs at public and/or private institutions of higher education. For clarification purposes, a small program is defined as a program that employs seven or fewer full-time faculty members and does not have a doctoral program. |
