WKU chapter of Phi Delta Kappa	Undergraduate student with junior or senior status Must be admitted to Teacher Education. Must be a full-time student	$400

Applications for each scholarship can be picked up outside room TPH 364 in the reception area. Completed applications for Phi Delta Kappa, Vokurka and Scarborough Scholarships should be returned to Tammy Spinks.

Completed applications for Civitan Scholarships should be turned into Jamie Stephens, outside TPH 364 in the reception area (745-4607).
