Color Code

Pink (to symbolize red)- I don’t understand

Yellow- I sort of understand

Green- I get it!

As you are reading, highlight information you do not understand with a pink highlighter.  Highlight information you sort of understand with a yellow highlighter.  This way you have specific questions you can ask about in class and once you understand the information or content, then highlight over it in green.

Try it out with a passage from your textbook.
