Physical Fitness
Fall 2007

The emphasis placed on physical fitness by the Hilltopper Battalion, makes ROTC cadets some of the most physically fit students on campus. The 2007 – 2008 year introduced a new training regiment designed to drastically improve all areas of performance and the results have been drastic, seeing an improvement in APFT scores across the board, averaging 18 points per cadet.
