Research Interests
Most of my research has been development methods for accelerating adaptive performance in tactical thinking skills, training/instructional systems design and evaluation, cognitive task analysis and knowledge elicitation techniques, performance assessment, and leader development. Specifically, my research has focused on development methods for training and assessing complex cognitive skills.
